リラックスした空間で、本格的な技術を学びながら、気兼ねなく何でも質問して、最後はご自身で作った素晴らしいお寿司を一緒に楽しみましょう。

【ワークショップの内容】

• お寿司の秘密: スライドでお寿司の歴史やマナーについてわかりやすく解説します。
• 本格的なお寿司作りの実践:
  • 本格的な酢飯（シャリ）の作り方
  • 新鮮な魚の柵（さく）を使った、お刺身の切り方
  • ご自身で「握り寿司」と「細巻き」を手作り
• Q&Aタイム: お寿司のことでも、日本でのローカルな生活についてでも、何でもお気軽に聞いてくださいね。

  • Prepare authentic sushi rice.
  • Learn sashimi slicing from a fresh block of fish.
  • Hand-craft your own Nigiri and Thin rolls.

Itinerary

• 10:00 AM: Meet at Tsukiji Honganji Temple (Main Gate).
