About us
Hands-On Sushi-Making Workshop with Kate offers fun, hands-on sushi-making classes in small groups for international guests visiting Japan.
Led by Kate, a Japanese sushi chef, each workshop is designed to be interactive, informative, and enjoyable. Guests learn the fundamentals of sushi making while sharing laughs, asking questions, and enjoying the experience in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Alongside practical techniques, the workshop introduces the stories, traditions, and simple etiquette behind sushi, helping guests gain a deeper appreciation of Japanese food culture.
Our goal is to create a memorable experience that helps guests enjoy — and love — sushi even more.
