72時間前〜48時間前50％返金
48時間前以降（前日・当日）返金不可

Date Changes

Date changes follow the same terms as the cancellation policy.

  • Up to 72 hours before: No charge
  • 72–48 hours before: 50% change fee
  • Within 48 hours: Changes not accepted

Arrival & Attendance

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened experience.
  • Arrivals 30 minutes or more late, or failure to attend without notice, are treated as same-day cancellations and are non-refundable.

Program Notes

Tsukiji Walking Tour & Sushi Making Experience

  • Tsukiji Market is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
    The walking portion is not conducted on these days.
  • The sushi-making experience is only available on all scheduled dates.

Health & Dietary Information

  • Consuming raw or undercooked seafood carries inherent risks.
  • Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or dietary restrictions should inform us at the time of booking.
    Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
  • Post-experience health concerns are not eligible for refunds.

Participation

  • The experience is conducted in English.
  • Minors should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Guests are expected to follow hygiene and safety instructions.

Host-Initiated Changes

If the experience cannot be held due to illness, weather, transportation disruptions, facility issues, or other force majeure events,
an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.

If the Tsukiji walking tour is cancelled due to market conditions,
The sushi-making experience will still be held, or a partial refund for the walking portion will be provided.
